AES has worked closely with mining and extraction industries throughout the USA and Internationally. Client’s products have included gold, copper, mercury, aluminum, potash, sodium sulfate, gravel, and coal. AES understands the mining industry and the various techniques employed by our clients, i.e., including extraction, excavation, in-situ leaching and strip mining. Our services to the mining industry have included, Natural Resource Damage Assessments for surface and groundwater resources, environmental planning, restoration ecology, asset and liability management, endangered species issues, restoration and mitigation scaling, strategic close-out planning, assessments and management.
